Miss America

The place where Omar works is a retreat for missionaries, owned ty Arthur and Brenda Koenes

Faith never knows where it is being led,
But it knows and loves the One who is leading.
 Oswald Chambers

This past week many new doors have opened, as God uses Rosa and Pilar in ways that amaze me. Truly, God is preparing the way by Divine Appointments. People are coming to me and inviting me into their homes or the homes of friends. I continue to love, give and help others in San Carlos, and I am forever thankful for His leading.

However, while I’m waiting to see what's behind thoses doors and where they may lead I will share a couple past stories that were lost when my first computer was stolen. Since then many things have happened, plus I have had some awesome time with God. He is truly my loving Father and my best friend.

Miss America

Late one afternoon back in Guaymas, I was walking back to my van parked by the bay, when I saw a beautiful young lady about a hundred feet from my van. She was standing next to her car, alone and eating a meal that was spread-out on the hood of her car. I walked close-by but got no reaction, when she saw me, so I continued on to my van and got in. However, as I sat there watching I was still drawn by her presence. I wanted to talk to her about God, but I didn’t know if she even spoke English.

When she finished her meal, she got in her car and just sat there for the longest time. I wondered what she was doing. As I also sat, I asked God to speak to her and let her know how much He loved her, so that it would change her life forever, and to bless her, and her marriage and family. However, when I was through praying, I still felt God wanted me to speak to her, but I was a little afraid and I didn’t want to appear foolish. I questioned God, why would He bring a pretty girl for me to talk to. He answered, “Why wouldn’t I.” I had no reply, so I got out of my van and walked slowly over to her car. When I was about ten feet away she saw me so I asked her if she spoke English. “But of course,” was her reply with a slight curious smile, “Why do you ask?” I told her who I was and that I would like to talk to her. She said it was okay. Then I asked her if she believed in God. “But of course,” she replied again. Then I told her why I was in Mexico and that I had been praying for her. She admitted she was a little curious as to what I wanted the first time I came by. But, then she asked, “Why where you praying for me?” So I told her and she was very touched. Then she admitted that she too was praying to God.

I told her this was a Divine Appointment. She agreed and told me her name was Kari, spelt with a K and a "i" on the end, and that her middle name was America. She was 22 years old and had two older brothers, and she lived with her mother, but her father was no longer around. I told her I was sorry and that there were many families like that and she agreed. We talked until almost dark and then she needed to leave, but said she would like to meet again. However, it never happened. God is still watching over her, and she will get to know Him better too. He also sets the “Appointments,” and sometimes they’re not repeated. (Sorry no pictures of her.)

 Martha Martha
A few weeks later I met Martha, she had come by my van one evening as I was finishing my soup for dinner. She looked about late 30’s, kinda pretty, and was curious as to what I was doing, so I showed her. However, she spoke very little English, yet she was friendly. She indicated she was heading home so I offered her a ride, and she accepted. When we got to her place which was right off the street and there was a cross on her front door. The she invited me in to her small one-room apartment. We talked for a bit and then she sat in a chair and complained that her feet hurt. I asked to see the problem, so she took off one of her tennis shoes. She pointed to her heal and it was raw and very dark, almost black. I told her to wait a minute as I when to my van to get some lotions. When I came back, I sat down in front of her and took off her other shoe. What I saw shocked me; that foot had large white patches and the little toe looked almost eaten away. She either had a bad case of psoriasis or leprosy. As she watched, I prayed and lotioned both of her feet completely. She was very moved by my compassion. When I was through, she said she would like to meet again.

A couple days later she came by my van again with her brother who had a food cart that he peddled around town to serve hot soup to customers. I asked her if she wanted another ride home, and she accepted again. However, before we got to her place, she said she was hungry, but had no money. So I bought her a tub of stew that a friend house that sold for 40 pesos. When we got to her place she put the food in an empty refrigerator. Then explained that her brother lived with her also, but he slept on the floor near the kitchen that was at one end of the room. Then she showed me proudly, that there was also bathroom out the backdoor and down a hall for others to use who also lived in this small complex. Then she showed me some of her religious books (Mormon) and a new testament. There was also a large print on the wall of the Pope kissing the hand of St. Mary that I had seen in other parts of town. After we talked for a bit, she asked if we could meet the next day at 10, which was Sunday. I said, sure and then gave her a quick hug, told her God loved her and then I left.

The next day, when I got to her place, I prayed for wisdom, courage and grace. When Martha opened the door, she was all dressed up and there was also another woman with her. I thought maybe we were going to her church and so all three of us got in my van and left. However, where we ended up at was not a church, but the local super market. Okay God, you brought her to me, so now what.

As we walked through the market she would pick-up different items and then asked if it was okay. I nodded and then she put it in the cart (There was bread, meats, slice cheese, vegetables, soap, cleaner, lotion, coke and more.) When she was through, we went to the check-out lane, I pretend to not know what she wanted and motioned for her to pay, but she shook her head, no. The total was about 270 pesos, not bad for about a week of groceries. Then she wanted some cigarettes, but I said no. The other friend also wanted some money, so I gave her all my change, but she wanted more, but I said, sorry no. She was upset and left us. She could not understand why I wouldn’t help her also.

When we got back to Martha's apartment she started to fix us a meal to show her appreciation, but then she noticed they had no drinking water. That was another 15 pesos, however, I told her I was a friend not a bank; she laughed. After we ate our meal, a man came to the door and wanted the next month rent, 300 pesos. She look at me and I said, “No, me amigo not banko. So she got her brother and told him about the rent and he was able to come up with a 100 pesos. When the man and her brother left, she closed the door and locked it. Then she came very close to me and asked me again to pay the balance, and I still said no. Then she pleaded for me to loan her the 200 until the tomorrow, but I still said no. Then she finally offered me sex in exchange for the 200 pesos. But again I said, no sex, me friend and no more money for now, However, she replied, “But a friend would.” My answer was still no. So she asked me to leave, and I did.

Things don’t always go the way I expect, but then Martha will never forget the man who lotioned her feet and bought her groceries. And someday I still hope to see her in heaven. God's love is still available for her, and all his lost children.

Change of plans

“Man can make his plans, but it is the Lord who determines his steps.”  (Pro.16:9)

As I headed south toward Mazatlan my plans came to a complete stop. I faced another unexpected problem. A $300.00 bond for my van had expired. I didn’t realize it needed to be renewed also, because everything you sign in Mexico is in Spanish, neither did I remember being told. So I would have to purchase another one, but I didn’t have enough money at the time. I was discouraged and disappointed as I headed back 28 miles to San Carlos again. It would be another week before I would have enough money, but it would also leave me with little to give to the poor when I got to Mazatlan. I was upset, but there had to be another reason other than my mistake or oversight. After all, this was no surprise to God. Did He have another plan for me? I would prefer to go to Mazatlan area when it is much cooler. However, I would also like to avoid these kind of mistakes, and yet I know God can uses them to help motivate us to do certain things, like the “passing of the sword.”

Jesus also didn’t know everything when He was on earth. One day he told his disciples to go ahead to the festival in Jerusalem, that he was not going.. However, a little later he enters the city and goes to the Temple. Why? Because He didn’t know the Father’s plan at the time and then He did. Jesus didn’t lie; there was just a change of plans in order to fulfill the will of His Father. (John 7:8-14)
So where was I to go and when? was my questions, as I thought and prayed about it. I remembered, the first day I met Marilin she had mentioned, about wanting to take me to the small town of Nacori Chico. It was a beautiful place, about 250 miles Northeast of San Carlos, and high-up in the mountains where there are more trees and its cooler too. There was also a Christian fellowship on a ranch that she would like to work with. The place has seven hot springs on it and it's owned and operated by some Americans who have a special ministry to the people in that region of Mexico. However, I found out later, that she would not be moving there until August. But again I don't know if that was God's plan or timing.

Then I met Omar, who came to get a hot dog at Rosa's House. He was a 32 year old Christian man who spoke English very well, and was also divorced and had a daughter, the divorce was not his choice. He also had a great love for God and was very interested in what I had to share. Omar wanted to meet again and I also gave him Sheldon’s card. So I went to his church a couple days later and we sat together. After the service, he invited me to go to his house just a couple miles away. But, when we got there I was shocked as he pointed to it. After we went inside, explained that he helps take care of a retreat for missionaries who go there when they are on furlough, However, at this time of year there were no guests staying there. We talked for awhile, then he invited me to be his guest, and I could stay as long as I wanted to and I would not have to sleep in my van. Wow! Maybe this part of the reason for the change in plans. I would also be able to talk more to Omar, and also help Pilar, who had planned to close down her gallery the end of May, because of the slow hot summer and be with her family in San Diego. Pilar has been such a blessing to me. She and her staff have continued to feed me everyday, except Sunday when they are closed.

These past week I also had the opportunity to swim with dolphins that come near the shore where I walk everyday. There were six of them and two of the larger ones came within 6 to 8 feet from me. That was a real treat. Then a little later, while I was still drying off, I saw a loving father holding his little girl in the water as the small waves washed ashore. Her name was Amy Nicole and she was mentally and physically retarded. She was an American, and her Spanish parents had adopted her. She was 5 years old now, but look about three. She was unable to move her skinny arms or legs. I told them who I was and my calling. I also told Amy and her parents that God loved them, and that Amy would be restored as I touched her head, arms and legs.

Then that evening Pilar took me into Guaymas, to her mother's house. When we were there, I got to meet the next door neighbor who was an elder at her Mormon Church. She told me he had bad kidneys, then told him who I was and what I was doing in Mexico. So I prayed for him and the restoration of his kidneys. What an awesome day.

I know this may not seem very exciting to some people; I love action too, but I'm not down here in Mexico to entertain, but to wait on God, getting to know my Father, and serve his people anyway I can. Elijah spent years in the wilderness and with a widow, before we saw most of the power of God and the highlights of his life that impressed many. Yet it is important to remember how he got that way. It was not by striving, but by waiting on God, living in his Rest, and trusting in his plan and timing.

Passing of the Sword

This is Rosa, who has helped me meet so many people, including Marilin, whose working in the background

This is Dennis, he's from Holland and now in Mexico to learn Spanish. God has great plans for him.

Marilin works weekend night in front of Rosa's house selling hot dogs with her youngest daughter to help.

One evening I asked Marilin how much she made working at the restaurant cooking. She said, 750 pesos a week, that's $63.75 for 48 hours and six days a week. Try feeding and clothing three young girls for that, when she has to pay the same price for food, gas and electricity as the rich people do.

Two lovely Christian ladies who've been greatly abused, but God is restoring their lives.

Passing of the Sword

When I came to the Mexican border last year, I asked about bring a sword across. I told them that I did not use it as a weapon, but that it was symbolic, and it was given to me by God. The sword represented His authority and that I was a minister sent my Him to help the poor. I also said that I also had spiritual books with me, a Bible and I wrote articles about my journey. They said that it would probably be okay.

I had also did a web search earlier in Vancouver, Washington and we could not find anything illegal about a straight sword at the time. Therefore, when I drove across the border the next day and the officials asked if I had any guns or ammunition, I said no and that was it. So I was allowed to enter. However, when I had to return to the United States later that day for more ID, I saw another sign that gave more detailed as to what was not allowed. And it included any weapon that could do serious body harm. When I crossed the Mexicans did a simple search and did not see the sword. Thank God.

When I had to go back the US again to get a new laptop six months later, and again a month later to get new ID, I decided to leave my sword with a friend. It was a good thing, because both times my van was searched more thoroughly and it could have been found. The fine and penalty could be $10,000 and 5 years in a Mexican jail or prison. I found out later, there is no law against having a sword, but you can’t travel with one. As I head further south there will be more searches, and I don't need anymore unnecessary problems. Therefore I decided to give the sword to someone who I believe was to have it next.

That person was Ricardo, I met him when Angelita Lopez brought her family and two friends to see me in La Manga. That night when we went back to their house in Guaymas, he felt led to give me a small Spanish Bible, to give to someone else. God’s Word, the Bible or spoken, is liken to a double edge sword (Heb. 4:12). Ricardo is 23 years old and loves God. That same night he told me he wanted to be a missionary.

Now fives months later, he been given a sword from a prophet. I told him what the sword represented, that it was very sharp and how to care for it. Then I prayed for the family and anointed them with oil, and they also prayed for me. Ana Gabriela interpreted the things I said and my prayer.

One very happy man, God has blessed him.
I didn’t know the calling on my life until I was in my mid-forties. I have done important things with this sword for the Kingdom of God, now it was time to pass it on. Ricardo is young and has much to learn and remember as the Holy Spirit teaches and guides him. There will also be many changes, trials and challenges that will help prepare him to be the man of God, husband and father God has planned for him. As a son of God, he too will walk in power and authority to help change more lives in Mexico, or wherever the Heavenly Father send him. But he will never forget the day he was given the Sword of the Lord. And someday in the distant future, he too will pass it on to another person or to the next generation, until the Kingdom of God is established on earth as it is in Heaven.
"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world-rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual [hosts] of wickedness in the heavenly [places]." (Eph. 6:12)

An update: Last month I told you about praying for a man who had a tumor between his legs. Well one evening, when I was at Rosa’s house visiting, I had her read what I had written about her on my blog and the previous article. When she read about the man I prayed for, she said she knew him. He had worked for her in the past, and his name was Ramon. He lived a couple hundred feet from her house. She informed me that he had no interest in God, but that recently changed. Apparently a few days after I had prayed for him, he accepted Jesus Christ into his heart. (Later, I was told by his family and Rosa, that it was also the last time he was able to walk the streets, because the cancer had spread so rapidly to other areas. Now a little over a month later, Rosa said, that he had been unconscious for two days, and was not expected to live much longer. A couple days later he went to be with Jesus, where there is no more sickness or pain. (Things don’t always turn out the way we hope or pray, because our Heavenly Father knows best.) However, I'm very happy for Ramon, because God restored his heart as well as his body. Amen!

Ramon had rejected God many times until one day the Lord sent a prophet to pray for him, that opened the door to true restoration. Just like the thief on the cross next to Jesus, he had rejected God and Jesus many times, but when he was at death’s door, he saw Him fact to face, and heard His words, “Father forgive them for they know not what they do.” It gave him hope to reach out and say, “Lord, remember me.” God gave both thieves that day a second chance, but only one took it. and apparently so did Ramon, just as many others have. (Some people don't believe God honors last minute prayers, but God knows their heart and who will hear His voice.

After I heard Ramon had died, I felt God wanted me to go to his house and pray for his wife and family, and so I did. There were many people there, and they were happy to know he was with Jesus now, but it was also a time of sorrow too and to remember, plus how quickly life can change. They are Catholic, and that will change in time too. As I looked at Ramon’s body, and touch his open casket, that was there for friends and family to see one last time; I remembered what Jesus did for the widow whose son had died. However, that day was not my time to raise the dead, but someday I will.

A few days later as I was walking the beach, the Lord told me Ramon’s life was a prophecy. That many others who had no interest in God will be saved, because someone took the time to help and pray.

Touching More Lives

Meet William
I had just returned to San Carlos after filing the police report last month, and I wanted to spend the day at the beach and just unwind. However, a Mexican man pulled in beside me and he could speak English, so we talked. His name was William and we hit it off right from the beginning. He was 40 years old, never been married, and was traveling around Mexico in an old red pick-up with a sheep dog for company. He wanted to get to know his country better, and was looking for a place to camp for a while. I shared with him why I was in Mexico and some of my food, and he shared his coffee that he grounded from his own bean blend. He loves coffee and hopes to  one day open a coffee shop. After we walked and talked some more, I told him that I felt this was a Divine appointment and that I would like to pray for him. And so I did, he was very moved by my prayer and thanked me Then we talked some more. William was also an artist and showed me some painting that he had with him. I then gave him one of my small paintings, and so he gave me one of his.

The next day when I came back they had close off the area and William was gone. I said to God, "What's going on," in frustration. So I drove a little further and found another camping area that was much nicer, and there was a big old shade tree with a red truck under it that I recognized as Williams.

We spend the next four days sharing food and coffee. However, some of the time he was gone doing a small job to earn food and gas money. However, when he had finished it the last day, he came back hoping to see me one more time. We talk for about two hours and then I prayed for him again. I told him someday God would reveal Himself to him in such a way that it would change his life forever.

I met Brady and Jody at Pilar’s gallery looking at purchasing a painting. They were a young couple from Montana and had no children, yet. We talked for a bit and then I left them with Pilar. However, I saw them again at the beach a few days later and we talked some more. Then about a week later we met again by Divine appointment, I told them God definitely had something special planned for them, and gave them one of Sheldon’s cards. Then I said, “Someday, when you have children and your talking to them about God. Tell them its because you met this crazy old American prophet in Mexico. However, I’m not really crazy, just passionate for Jesus.”

Then I met Nicole and her mother Heidi and her cut little niece at the beach and helped her carry some things to their small tent. She was 22 years old, spoke perfect English and was finishing her internship to be a general practice doctor. However, it was very wind that day and I stayed for just a short time and shared Christ and my mission. But before I left, God want me to bless Nicole and her family and to tell her to be a great doctor for Him.
Heidi, Nicol and little Alexia
I also met two retired Canadian men at the beach, who had asked where there was a good restaurant to eat at, so and I mentioned the one in La Manga. Then they asked how much the meals were and I told them about 110-170 pesos. They thought that was not that expensive. Then I said, “I have a hard time spending 50 pesos for a hamburger, when I can have a hot dog for 20 and give 30 pesos to the poor. But then that’s just me, however I wasn’t always this way.”

Then there was Kwon, she was a sweet beautiful half Korean and half American women. She was 40 years old, but didn’t look it, and was traveling with a man named Malin. He was from Bosnia and he was the first one I talked to, because he looked American. However it was Kwon who took more interest in spiritual matters and was taken by what I had to share. So we talked for about 20 minutes and then I gave her Sheldon’s card. I blessed her, and she thanked me and gave me a big hug before she left.

Then there was Silvie, she is Pilar’s youngest sister who lives with her mother to help her. I had briefly met her once before. However, Pilar had asked me if I wanted to see her mother again, because she had just broken her arm earlier that day, and I said yes. She also wanted me to bless them and to bring peace to that house. I was told that her mother would prefer to live alone even though she is 79. Silvie is 45 years old and her husband is an American and lives in the United States. He was very mean to her and she finally left him and that’s why she now lives back in Mexico.

Silvie is a school teacher and teaches English. She also has a real love for God and she is Catholic. I gave her one of Sheldon’s cards and had her pull-up his site on her computer to read some of it, and then we briefly went to my site. Then I had her move them to her favorite sites. We talked for about an hour while Pilar and her mother listened. Before we left, I prayed for them, that God would bring His Peace to that home and that he would restore things the way they should be and bless them.

Then one evening as I was walking back to the Gallery when I saw a young girl about thirteen, sitting in a wheelchair, in her front yard, while her mother was painting the rod iron fence out front. I asked the mother if it was okay to go in and talk to her daughter, she nodded yes. I greeted the pretty retarded girl, but she could not talk. I then told her that God loved her and was going to make her well again, and then I touch her arm and declared her completely restored. I told the mother I was a prophet and her daughter would be fine, and then I said goodbye to both of them and left. Earlier that same day I was driving to the beach when I saw a middle-age man in a wheelchair. I pulled over and stopped. Then I walked back and talked with him. He could speak English and his wife was now standing next to him. We talked briefly and then I prayed for him. I told them he would walk again, although he said it been 24 years since he was able to walk.

A few days later I was walking the same street, and saw the same young girl sitting in the wheelchair in her yard again. However, this time there as a young man next to her in a wheelchair also, and the mother was there painting more of the fence. I went and asked the mother if both were her children and she nodded yes. She also agreed to let me go see them, and then their father came out. He could speak a little English, and told me his children ages and that they were this way from birth. I prayed for his son, who was 16 years old and retarded also. I then told him I was a prophet of God sent to help the poor and heal people, even if they don't see it now. They will be restored and I was also going to other countries south of Mexico to help those people too. He thanked me, I blessed them and told each of them that God loved them, and then I left. As I walked away, the Lord then reminded me that there is always a purpose and timing for my walks, even when I don't realize it.

My Heavenly Father is faithful. I trust Him with my life and my words of faith. The hearts and lives of Mexico are being changed, one step and wave at a time.

New Friends and Freeing Willy

Two lovely ladies, Marilin and Marsol;  Mar, Spanish for beach and sol means sun
Last month I met a women named Rosa at a hot dog stand. I had gone for one of my usual walks that evening, but I stopped to eat at a different place than usual. They served extra large hot dogs wrapped with bacon, then barbecued and served with grilled onions on a bun. Then you could add your own additional toppings-- cheese, olives, mushrooms, salsa and much more. All for only 20 pesos ($1.70).  So I got one, and sat at one of the tables by myself. I had the second bite in my mouth when a Spanish lady asked if she could sit with me. I nodded yes, then I realized that she said that in English. So I swallowed my bite and we talked for the next half hour, until her son and his friend wanted to leave. She said she would like to meet again so we could talk more about God. Then she gave me her business card and said, "My casa is your casa." Then gave me some directions to where it was, before they left.

Three days later I met her coming out of her house about 9 am. She invited me to go with her and meet some friends. (Why not, I believed God brought this women to me for a reason.) So I said, okay and we left in her car.

Rosa is 40 years old, lives alone, and has two sons. She had just signed her divorce papers the week before. Her husband chose to live with a younger women who had his child. Anyway, after seeing a couple of friends, Rosa took me to another women's home that had a similar story as hers, and she was also a Christian. Her name is Marilin, however she spoke no English and was 36, raising three beautiful young girls ages about 10, 15, and the oldest is 18 years old. She has been a Christian for about fifteen years and her daughters have also accepted Jesus Christ. Marilin works at a very nice restaurant as a cook, but she says the pay is very poor. She was still hurting from a divorce that still has not been finalized, because the husband had made some very ugly accusation in the divorce papers in order to keep three houses he owns, including the one she still lives in.

When I heard her says that her husband had been abandon them for a younger women. I reached across the table and took her hand an prayed for her. She cried, as I prayed that God would heal her wounded soul and broken spirit, and that He was her faithful and loving Husband, and that He would never abandon her or her children and that he would always provide a way to meet their needs. Then we talked a little more and she invited me to come back by myself that evening to eat and visit some more. Okay?

A beautiful family and  friends
When I came back, we communicated with our computer using translator, but it was slow. Then her oldest daughter came in from outside with her boyfriend, and he could speak English. The rest of the evening went great as we shared about our lives and I showed her Sheldon's and my blogs, and read some articles. They wanted to meet again, so we decided on Sunday. I told them I would also bring a movie about miracles for us to watch. They enjoyed the movie, Faith like Potatoes. I also had given her some money, because I wanted to sow into her family. A few days later we saw another movie. I also anointed everyone there with oil and prayed that God would fill them with the Holy Spirit, and that they would be awesome sons and daughters in the Kingdom of God. I will miss them when I leave San Carlos.

Rosa told me that she also wanted to meet me again, on Monday at 5pm to walk on the beach, which I told her I enjoyed doing. She also mentioned that the same day I met her, and the day I met Marilin they were both depressed, but that had changed after talking with me. Praise God! Anyway, when I came to her house, she said she had something else to do first. I told her I loved spontaneity, because that's often God leading. We went to a grocery store, in her car, where we picked up a young man named Lewis, but everyone calls him Willy, and he spoke only a little English. Then his sister came out and met us too, but she didn't come with us. So we then drove to Willy's house a few miles away. It was on about a half acre of flat ground, cover with large fruit trees, flowers and different kinds of vegetables, plus it had a small house in the middle of property. Afters showing us all the beautiful plants, because Rosa also loved gardening, we sat down and talked. That's when I learned the horrible story of how Willy's father was shot four times by his wife, for being unfaithful. He was shot just three feet behind where I sat. Then his mother went inside the house and shot herself in the head, from under her chin. When I heard this, I felt God wanted me to pray for him and break a curse off his family and the land. So I took their hands and prayed, breaking that curse.

Then I talked more about God's love for Willy and for Rosa, and I asked Willy if he had every asked Jesus into his heart. He said, "no." I asked him if he would like to and he said , "Yes." I asked him to repeat a prayer after me, as Rosa interpreted, and he repeated it.

It was a simple non-religious prayer, and that evening a new name was written in heaven, and Willy has been set free. He was already feeling better. However, he did have one question. He had read somewhere in his Bible that it said, a man was not to look upon a woman, and he didn't know how that was possible. So I explained what it meant, however I told him that he shouldn't look at things like Playboy or stuff like that on the Internet. He said, he had no desire for that kind of thing. Then I said, that having sex was meant to be for the wife God has planned for the him. I also suggested to start reading the New Testament beginning with the book of John and the Psalms also. And to pray to God as you would talk to a friend, and He will led, guide your life and protect you.

None of Willy's other family members are willing to set foot on the property, that he has now accepted as his own. I told him that would change as they see the change in his life.

After that Rosa and I left, we finally went to the beach at sunset. But we just sat down on the sand, and then she began to tell me the sad story of the demise of her marriage and that one of her sons was gay. I then put my arm around her shoulder and prayed for her that God would heal her wounds and broken spirit and that He would be the Husband she needed to love her, and a Father to both hers sons, plus much more.

Just think, this all started one night when I stopped to get a hot dog. Then the next day I learn more about Willy's family through Pilar and her staff. It turns out that two of Willy's father brothers were also shot and killed for being unfaithful, and two other men in the same family line were murdered too. There was differently a curse that needed to be broken. I also felt that there was more that God wanted me to says and do about this, because when I got back to Mexico, and went to the beach that same day, and there was this man wearing a shirt that said, "No women has ever shot her husband while he was doing the dishes."
Not sure why he wanted to cover his face.
